

August is National Wellness Month, Sun Safety Month, and a call for Mental Health awareness. It’s been a time to highlight healing, rest, and wholeness. But here’s the truth: you don’t have to wait for a new season or a new month to live well. Wellness is chosen in the moment — right here, right now.
This week my prayer card pulled “Vision” — a reminder to see beyond limitations and into divine possibility. And my check-yourself card said “Do It!” — because vision without movement is just a daydream. Together, these cards push us to stop stalling, stop waiting for perfect timing, and just step into action.
Your Last Wednesday Reboot (RTT 3-Step Prompt)
- Release — What are you still holding from August? Is it fear, procrastination, comparison, or just the weight of busyness? Put it down. You don’t have to carry it into September.
- Re-frame — What could transform if you let it go? If you shifted your vision from “I can’t” to “I can,” how would your energy change? How much lighter could you feel?
- Real-Action — What’s one clear thing you can do today to reset? Maybe it’s a 10-minute walk outside (sun safety + soul care), calling a friend just to say “thank you,” or journaling about the vision you want to carry into fall. Big change starts with small moves — so do it.

You don’t need a new year, a new job, or a new relationship to begin again. You just need a new choice. Today is your reboot button. See the vision. Do the thing.
As we close out August, let’s choose wellness over weariness, gratitude over grumbling, and action over excuses. September is coming — but before it does, give yourself the gift of a reset.
